Set up in a minute.

1. Open the disk image and drag Brello Lite to your Applications folder.
2. Open Brello Lite.
3. Paste your Brello Lite license key from Polar and choose Activate.
4. Open Health to see how your Mac is doing, or press Control-Option-Space from any app.

Your license.

One Brello Lite license works on up to 3 Macs at a time. Activating sends Polar only the key, Brello’s organization ID and a random name for your Mac, and after that Brello Lite works offline. A Brello Lite key is for Brello Lite alone: it doesn’t unlock Brello, and a Brello key doesn’t unlock Brello Lite.

What you need.

A Mac running macOS 14 or later, with Apple silicon or Intel. Brello Lite has no AI model in it, so it needs no Apple Intelligence and runs the same on every Mac it supports.

Brello Lite is a direct download, signed with Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so it opens like any app you trust. To check the download yourself, run shasum -a 256 ~/Downloads/Brello-Lite-0.1.0.dmg in Terminal: it prints the SHA-256 above.

What to try first.

Open Health and click the Health score to see what makes it. Show the things to look at, and open Why it matters on any of them. Then Activity, for every process on the Mac, and its Agents tab for what your AI agents cost the computer. Or click Balance the Load. Everything Health does.
